Ingredients:

One pound of beef sirloin, cut in cubes

One-fourth cup coconut aminos or soy sauce

Two tablespoons sesame oil

Three garlic cloves, minced

One tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

One tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness if you want)

One teaspoon black pepper

Two green onions sliced (for decoration)

Sesame seeds (for decoration)

Instructions

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, put together coconut aminos, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey (if used), and black pepper. Add beef cubes – be certain they all have marinade on them. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes but not more than two hours for better flavor.
