Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, without skin or bones
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 avocado, mashed
1 lime, its juice
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, jalapeños or lettuce
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let it sit for 15 minutes at least.
