Quick Paleo Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry
The paleo chicken and broccoli stir-fry combines pieces of chicken and hard broccoli. Everything gets a coating in a sauce that combines savory and sweet tastes. Light yet filling, the dish is good for a busy day.

Ingredients:
One pound chicken breast, cut small
Two cups broccoli pieces
Two spoons coconut or avocado oil
Three garlic pieces, crushed
One spoon fresh ginger, crushed
Three spoons coconut aminos
One spoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper as needed
Sesame seeds to add at the end (if wanted)
Cut green onions to add at the end (if wanted)
Steps
Put iron over heat – set to medium-high—and add coconut oil.
When the oil heats, add the cut chicken and cook it- let it brown and finish cooking – it takes about 5 to 7 minutes. Take the chicken out of the iron and put it aside.
In the same iron, add the crushed garlic beside the ginger- cook for a minute until it smells nice.
Add the broccoli pieces and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until they look green and feel tender.
Return the cooked chicken to the iron, then add coconut aminos and sesame oil. Toss it all together until everything has a coating and warms.
Add salt and pepper as needed. Serve it hot with sesame seeds and cut green onions on top if you want.
